Discount Program Process Details

You'll see from this process that HRGi does most of the work. You simply submit your claim, we find discounts that apply to you, then we give you payment instructions.

Here are the details:

  1. Payers submit claims to HRGi in paper or electronic format
  2. HRGi's system profiles claims (based on pre-established criteria) for processing
  3. The system automatically routes claims to the appropriate discount programs
  4. You find out how much you'll save, as well as receive payment instructions
