HRGi Announces ClaimSAVESM Version 1.0
(Orange, California) HRGi has fully implemented its first version of ClaimSAVESM, a proprietary scoring and valuation engine aimed at generating deeper out-of-network discounts for health plans across the nation. ClaimSAVESM was initially designed as a distribution tool governing its small claim negotiation service.
"ClaimSAVESM is a unique algorithmic approach to negotiating discounts, taking into consideration a multitude of variables not previously considered in aggregate," said Ron Gray, HRGi President and CEO. "It goes beyond traditional linear scoring approaches to fluidly integrate all factors related to discount performance."
HRGi offers ClaimSAVESM to all health claim payers. "The impact of our scoring tool allows us to financially impact our customers whether lowering claims expense for carriers or generating fee revenue for administrators," said Paul Nappi, HRGi's Vice President of Sales and Account Management, "ClaimSAVESM is a clear win/win opportunity for HRGi and its customers."
Recognizing the performance implications of version 1.0, HRGi is presently designing ClaimSAVESM version 2.0 which will encompass all out-of-network discount programs while taking its analytic approach to greater level of detail. HRGi hopes to offer version 2.0 by the fourth quarter of 2010.
