Overview
HealthRisk Resource Group, a member of The Principal Financial Group is currently seeking a Small Claims Negotiator in our Orange, California office.
Description of duties:
- Primary job duties include negotiating reductions in hospital and professional fees charged to clients.
- Perform other job-related duties and special projects as required.
Required Skills/Qualifications
Requires high school diploma or equivalent. Individual must have excellent communication, follow-up, and telephone skills. Knowledge of medical terminology and claim payments helpful. Experience in sales, collections, tele-marketing and/or medical billing a plus. Must have basic computer skills. Must be a highly motivated self-starter and able to maintain composure in a highly competitive environment.
